how does your garden grow?

This weekend I tended my garden. I have a rather small, but sweet patio space. Since moving in I have to admit I have paid it almost no attention. I am actually suprised that so many of the plants are still alive. Before I sent some love and sweat out onto the patio, there was dirt and ‘gunk’ everywhere. A few of the plants were dried up. It was not inviting or colorful. But, a little bit of work can go a long, long way.

And now…Voila!

Patio re-arrangement

First, I swept up a ton of dirt, leaves and general yuckiness. Then I moved the plants from around the side and brought them to where you can see them from my couch. I moved my little table and chairs to the side in order to create a little nook. Finally, I potted some flowers to add color and got a fresh and vibrant doormat.

I heart my new patio!

I like the … planter? Is that what the standing iron thing is called? Then yes. The planter. ;)

Hope you’re well. Let’s grab coffee sometime soon…

My garden grows… full of weeds! I caught my NEIGHBOR pulling my dandelions the other day!
